Volunteering in a nursing facility brings generations together through companionship. Sharing your time and your heart
is a rewarding experience, enriching your life and the lives of the residents.

Some of the volunteer opportunities at MCNR include:

• Friendly visiting with a resident
• Helping staff with activity programs
• Writing letters for residents
• Reading to residents
• Offering your special talents (i.e. singing, playing a musical instrument, cooking demonstrations, talks on specific topics, etc.)
• Enjoying the outdoors with a resident
